The fact that the CEO wouldn't answer the question about how many pages the CRL was is very telling to me. Then redirect portions of the CC to "negotiating the label" are you kidding me? You just got rejected, fess up to it.

On a side note, just like their lost SPA agreement they lost the code to dial into the CC and were late. LOL
