Good morning Mario. The extension looks bad. It does have a negative reflection on the company IMO. The SOX rules are not brand new...the first couple times arounds, extensions are understandable...now it just looks like MMXT is winging it, flying by the seat of their pants, struggling to meet minimum standards. The last time they had to file an extension, they should have simply figured out what they needed to do to get it out on time and done it. Planning is what winning companies do.
