The date that was filed was 1/8/1996 right? Ok, look at this link here http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HBRM/company-info. You will see that in 1998 there was 2 for 3 R/S bring the A/S down to where they are now. Check this out as well.. http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=HBRM&id=73906
