IMDS: down from .002 to current .001 since loan.

ECDC: up from .002 to .012 in less than a week and now at .0025

ENTB: down from .05 to now .0178, since loan

ASFX: down from 00098 to .0003, since loan

STEV: up from 1.50 to 1.54, but initially went to 1.25 when loan was announced.

These are recent loans I researched. and except for ECDC and the jump up from the loan announcement, these stocks have declined in value.

Maybe it is a special loan, and it's David not dumping 2.5 million shares for $75,000 which would be .03 cents a share on the open market.
