So then the most O/S they can have out there would be 500mil. They would have to officially issue the diff between the current O/S and the current A/S. It's not like they have 500mil on top of the current O/S. So to play it safe, figure your funny math on 500mil shares and assuming they don't issue those extra shares the deal will be done on the 341,924,374 O/S.
