Looks that Richard is lawyering up now that shit hit the fan. Richard I hope for your own good and family that you did not lie to us in any of the pr or cc.

My take on this is the Richard now is trying to cancell the merger and will blame tecco for this mess, however Richard as a CEO should have known of any prior issues with tecco before signing the merger. Richard I think that you are not able to recover from this now
