I Just don't understand how product is going to be on the shelves when they haven't diluted shares and have no cash to have made the inventory.

That is my point. I think phase II will be that they have gotten funding



I agree, and in Tom's own words below from last Friday's RFMK PR - now IMO this type of proposed funding really needs to questioned - right off the bat - RFMK is just now at this funding step.

Why because IMo the dilution move that RFMK pulled behind the RFMK shareholders back last month - back fired!!!

But this below as RFMK funding options - Wow - not pretty.



"The Company is seeking funding that will fill the Company's needs for 1-2 years, and be done in a way that is not going to be dilutive to the Company's stock. All options are being considered at this point from Equity Lines of Credit to Private Investors. At this point private investment directly into the Company is the preferred method as this will give the Company a lump sum of cash to work with. If the Company decides to go this route, private investors will receive restricted stock in direct investments into the Company."
