I know there's been a fair amount of discussion about the conditions/wording of the global settlement as it relates to how 'airtight' ACTC's case may be to avoid any involved bondholders being able to initiate additional legal action for whatever reason related to the settlement in the future.
Do you have an opinion on how unlikely such a happening might be?
