The share structure as reported from the transfer agent was 593 some odd million shares OUTSTANDING. The t/a was subsequently GAGGED. The 593 million OUTSTANDING is the bare minimum and more than likely significantly higher. Precisely how much higher is anyone's guess.

What is your reasonable guess to the current OS? The 10-Q shows 422M
shares, but someone called the TA on 02/21/2012 and got 593M shares!

Goldberg said the FLOAT was under 100mm...that's what the "promoters" were quoting on the end of Feb pump...then its posted on pink sheets that the FLOAT is 282MM.
So which is it?
