questions, questions, questions...

Is anyone wondering or speculating that:
1) Where did Ike get the money to acquire this Carib company?
2) Dilution is to follow if Ike plans to pay them in shares?
3) Is this acquisition the reason why John Rafuse left (or even got booted)
4) Is this part of the "going global" expansion plan that Ike announce eons ago in one of the shareholder conferences, that is finally coming to fruition?
5) Go800 is going to the Caribs?
