why would the CEO lie about what he is doing ?

so he can dump his stock ? NO, that would be too easily tracked by the feds ( tell public lie - - sell shares - - reap profits - - and then go to jail )

seriously, i don't see the upside for Lex to tell us lies.

he may be an incompetent bungler ( just for instance, i am not asserting that at all ) but that does not make him a liar, IMO .

i have spoken to him 4 - 6 times since he became CEO. he has always been gracious, not taken to extreme language at all, friendly and cautiously optimistic. the kind of guy you would like to have a coupla pops with, in a local joint.
