The statement you have made about

Look what she did over at CBBD.OB a 75 to 1 reverse split and then the holding company after the Reverse Merger tries to deny she was ever there

is not correct. She was not on the Board of Directors when the R/S happened for CBBD. She was appointed to the board in 2009 for a 2 year term. As of December 31, 2009 AdNet is no longer part of CBBD. Dr. Lu's board seat had a 2 year limitation and ended at the sole discretion of the board. The only reason she was on the board was because they purchased AdNet.

Due to the shift of our business model to the PPV and VOD business, as of December 31, 2009, we permanently suspended the day-to-day operations of AdNet. We have maintained our technology and other assets of AdNet for future use in our new pay-per-view business."
