Thanks demmo. Its kinda like a side deal. I can't even understand why that is legal. If you think about it, who would buy restricted shares unless they were aware of something that the general public is not privy to (IMO). The fact that Identa dosen't pubically addresses large increases in authorized shares (unless you want to consider an unannounced filing on Sunbiz.org a public announcement to the shareholders) tells a story in itself.(IMO)
