The company originally planned to go public through $GOHG, but pulled out due to some “toxic” issues within $GOHG that ruined interest. $EVPH is much cleaner; therefore, $EVPH is a perfect vehicle for WorldWide Wireless to go public. In essence, right now we have a $300K+ revenue company coming in that is NET PROFITABLE already...they were a $1M revenue company just a short while ago, but have held back as Paul focused on other ideas. As stated in the interview, with 100% focus on WorldWide Wireless growth, the $300K represents ONLY 5% of their former market now that they have expanded beyond Blackberry. THIS MEANS THAT 100% OF THEIR FORMER CLIENTELE (25,000++ clients!!), TO BE SIGNED AND RETAINED WITHIN A FEW MONTHS AS PRESENT CLIENTS, IS $6M ANNUAL REVENUES. This does not include new clients they are surely in talks with, and does not include the new medical device (hearing aides, glucose monitors, BP monitors, EKG machines, etc.) aspect, EASILY ACHIEVING $10M+ IN ANNUAL REVENUES BEFORE YEAR’S END, and eventually EXPANDING INTO A $50M-$100M REVENUE COMPANY within a few years. Heck he was talking about producing hearing aides with built-in Blue-Tooth TV connections!!! AMAZING!!! The growth opportunity here is ASTRONOMICAL and UNLIMITED...NO-BRAINER UNDERVALUATION BUY HERE...this company has not marketed itself and achieved $1M in annual revenues...what do you think happens when they start marketing themselves and actually trying to bring in new business?...keep in mind Paul has HUGE connections with THE BIGGEST companies and names in the industry, and with the companies focus on ENTERPRISE and CORPORATION clientele, one deal brings in tons of $$$$...and the profit margins are ridiculous at around 60-70%!!...he already has marketing partnerships in place through SmartPhoneExperts/CrackBerry.com, who have millions of members/users in their network of sites...this is just one of many avenues of marketing and awareness to increase business.

The interview also stated the client list would blow shareholders away, but they couldn’t mention specific names without approval on all ends...BOOM!! We got HINTS that they are in talks with one of the two LARGEST SODA COMPANIES (i.e. either Coke or Pepsi) for the customized, holographic, 3D phone accessories for all 75,000 of their employees (let’s just say $100 a phone or $7.5M in revenues right there with just ONE client...imagine who will follow suit...$100M+ idea ALONE right there, and we haven’t even launched this yet!!)...he also mentioned clientele and discussions with potential clients involving any and all of the governmental agencies with 3-letter acronyms (e.g. FDA, DOD, NSA, FBI, NRO, DHS, DEA, DOE, NIH, CDC, should I keep going?)...also in talks with Ivy League schools...just huge huge names we are working with here folks...BOOM!!!

The interview also stated the search for key board and management members was well in the works, and that the names of key people they were in deep negotiations with to bring on board would also blow shareholders away...Who do you think they will bring on to manage a $100M company?...that is whom they are looking for ladies and gentlemen...BOOM!!

If I can gauge Paul correctly, and I can WINK WINK, he is a true “Mad Scientist” in developing several innovative, lucrative business ideas and ventures. I FULLY EXPECT MORE ACQUISITIONS RELATED OR UNRELATED TO WORLDWIDE WIRELESS, AND FULLY EXPECT DIVIDENDS FROM THOSE ACQUISITIONS AS WELL!!!!!...an example is Fonelosophy (i.e. customized, pimped out phones and other computerized products!!!) mentioned in initial disclosure filed within $GOHG on pinksheets December 8th, 2011... www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GOHG/financials ...if you read closely BOOM!!!!

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?...it means $EVPH will essentially become a HOLDING COMPANY OF SOME SORT, likely changing its name/ticker to something more suitable to its current pursuits and business styles. The acquisitions will continue, providing extra dividend shares in each new company we bring public through our holding company. WE WILL BECOME A MONSTER...BOOM!!!

DON’T FORGET PCAOB audits and UPLISTING...we are going to become a top-of-the-line company, and plan UPLISTINGS IN THE FUTURE to the highest OTC and beyond to AMEX or other; we are starting things off right with AUDITED FINANCIALS as already announced...BOOM!!!

I frankly don’t care what the chart looks like (screams accumulation btw ...), as the market cap is just above $2M right now, and we have a 3-6 month $5M+ annual revenue, one-year $10M+ annual revenue, 3-5 year $50M-$100M annual revenue company on our hands!!! I believe this should be trading at a healthy 0.02-0.05 right now, and once the higher revenue numbers start to hit later on this year, a healthy 0.05-0.10. With proper progress as we expect, 0.10-0.20+ by year’s end is a very attainable target using proper valuation measures, if not much more.
