THT Heat Transfer Technology, Inc. (THT), formerly BTHC VIII, Inc, incorporated on August 7, 2006, is a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is a provider of heat exchange products. THT is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of plate heat exchangers and various related products. Through its China-based subsidiary, Siping City Juyuan Hanyang Plate Heat Exchanger Co. Ltd., the Company designs, manufactures and sells plate heat exchangers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, heat exchanger units, other heat exchanger products, and provide total heat exchange solutions. Its other product includes air-cooled heat exchanger. THT’s plate heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that uses metal plates to transfer heat between two fluids. Its shell-and-tube heat exchanger is a heat exchanger that consists of a shell (a large pressure vessel) with a bundle of tubes inside it. On November 30, 2009, BTHC VIII, Inc. (BTHC) merged with THT.
