I'm still under the impression that C will oversee operations in Nicaragua and that there will be an exec in the U.S. to oversee operations in the U.S. The new licensing in Nicaragua is a big deal and could prove quite profitable for companies in the right position. Also, don't forget the $47M LOC that they have flexed once before. Looking forward to a positive week!
