Slacker, that may be a major reason that Flarion's board approved the sale to Q. Or for that matter, maybe even initiated the sale. Siemens can expect the phone to ring soon.

Actually, I do not remember. Did Siemens sell the phones or did they act as a OEM for Flarion branded phones ??

This was an amazing little fact that came out of the call. How in the world did Flarion convince Siemens to commit to building F-OFDM equipment in the 450MHz band without having an established royalty rate? How dumb a move is that?
