I have no idea, but I think that any uplisting is beneficial and necessary to close a deal with Host. That, in itself, is helpful because I just can't see Host doing a deal with a pinky and huge number of shares in the OS. This would probably precipitate an RS unless Tivus has $'s to spare. 100-200 to 1 seems logical, but painful if the price cannot hold. I AM NOT IN Favor of an RS UNLESS Tivus just doesn't have the money to do a buyback, and I am not in favor if contracts are NOT tied to the uplisting/RS. I am pretty sure they (Tivus) have no money or this dilution would cease, so I am mentally preparing myself for the RS. Hope I am wrong. GLTA. R3
