BUYS after hours...
the way you can tell is by seeing if they were on the bid or the ask..

and this was definately Frank...it was typical frank...a ton of buys for 9,000,000 shares all within 14 seconds of each other, and than at the end he puts like a 4.5M, or a 6M or in this case a 7.5M to finish off his exact share amount he bought back!!!
