I guess any person or entity who would buy restricted shares would not be able to sell those shares for a specified period of time. When making a decision to buy a block of restricted shares, you would need at least some confidence that the share price will be going up in the future. Is there any more to this that you can elaborate on? What you are saying demmo makes sense, because a Billion shares being sold at 1 million shares a day will not generate much cash. A question: Do restricted shares sell over the counter, and if so wouldn't the public be able to see a big spike in volume? The answer is most likely no, or we would be seeing that. Would like to learn more about this from the board.

Thanks
