Remember Guyer and gang got into CGFIA about the time when the public stock market crashed some here may say that was his fault but my reality say's it wasn't his fault, it was the housing and other factors including the soaring cost of gasoline, and the tax payers bailed out the big guy's and left the little ones to fend for themselves...But now back to the future ultimately the goal is at hand, a permit that is enviroment oriented is the most difficult permit to pull or to pass in the USA,this permit(peice of paper will be worth probably a billion)...The mathmaticians here would know better the me...GO CGFIA...
