My wife uses it for weight loss. As other drinks like slim fast don't taste as good. I know that is NOT what this product is for. She is a big milk drinker.

Me. Man I'm Suckin this stuff down. Im riding an exercise bike a lot more now.....and I'm not eating as much. I'm losing weight and feeling great. It is like addictive in a healthy way.
