Kenco, LOL, Show me due diligence that points to Brent Fouch controlling majority shares in RFMK.

At last understanding, when one holds the position of CEO, they make the decisions. But for argument's sake, if I held the majority of shares in a company, does that mean the CEO has to check in with me to approve decisions? Come on, that's ridiculous...
