apparently it took 7 years of study and negotiations
to complete financing this project.
projected costs: €585 million for a total capacity
of 300 megawatt.

"3Power continue to complete its target capacity of 3GW projects pipeline.
The company plans to finance its equity in the projects through placements from selected investors."

will PSPW be able to get it together?
