Agreed Steve. Chris is one of the most stand up,honest, and REAL guys you could meet. Running a bar and restaurant gives one skills to use for a lifetime. In my 30 years in sales and ops leadership since those times, I have never learned more about customer service, sales, time management, PR, marketing, and ops management than in the restaurant business. Knock em dead buddy and fellow Jersey Boy. Kick butt and take names!!
