I strongly agree, these greedy bastards don't want to lower the interest rates or negotiate lower monthly payments. The tactic with turning the title back to the bank for a lease is a fools run and they are using those bullsh** accounting exemptions to rotate junk assets around and then spit them back at the market a few years down the line.
