SEC will disgorge any profits made by Gendarme. RCCH will get nothing.

Gene screwed RCCH shareholders by selling deep discounted shares to Gendarme.
Gene got the money for those shares.
The discounted shares would have been sold into the market after one year in any event.

Ask Gene why he sold the shares in the first place.
