Buddy, Take a look at some other Micro Cap Rm's that INCREASED Auth but not the OS to Understand, IMO this is on topic as the thread is about how if the AS is increased then there must be dilution to the OS and how that scenario is not applicable here: Many traders took exit at .01 on LXES in fear of what you mentioned, only to see the stock to continue to rise to .12~

LXES Raised the Auth to 1b back in Dec, the OS has remained unchanged, no BAD Dilution as you suggest!!
