DIRTY SHELLS: UNEARTHING SKELETONS IN THE CLOSET
I thought this was a good article about how to avoid a dirty shell. Here is a link to the article:

The more I learn about ASYI, the dirtier this shell looks. According to the information on OTC, ASYI is the THIRD reverse merger for this shell. The Series B and Series C preferred shares represent only a small part of the old debt that remains with the shell. Will there also be Series D preferred shares applied to the ASYI shell?
