During this time, a lot of new "investors" jumped in for the chase, and then just as quickly jumped out, because they had no DD to base their investment on, only the hype and "herd mentality" that was ensuing.
These are the times, when savvy longs time the spike and sell off small portions, which they then reserve to buy back larger portions, when the dip inevitably comes. The idea is to continually average down, while increasing one's position, yet not increasing their amount of cost.
Also, some of the frustration being felt, comes from those who have advised friends and family to invest here, based solely on recommendation, and not on that individual's performing their own DD. Now that the PPS has retreated, there is a guilt and loss of respect feeling. This is why I never suggest anyone buy in based solely upon my opinion or current mood. Do your DD, arrive are your own conclusion, make your own entry/exit/game plan and execute it.
Have a great weekend all.
