green harvester no insult intended. but do u know wtf ur writing? mcln is nothing more than knat on ass of steri. steri contracts based on volume of med waste they haul to THEIR big a** autolaves. "they could throw in a (sic) autoclave for surgery, if they agree to use steri's med waste haulers." if u don't know how this industry works don't write nonsense. autoclave makes med waste NON medical waste. if that happens no need to contract with steri. onsite equip is COMPETITION to steri or any other med waste hauler. "autoclave for surgery"? so u think autoclave for surgery could be cost justified while med waste from patient floors would be hauled? sorry. u don't know what ur writing so don't mislead other posters who r clueless.
