I read that over. There was no mention of NPER and with the comapany's registration expiring, not sure any shares that NPER might have had of MDMN are a moot issue. The domain is for sale, the company's registration with the state expired years ago and the company has no address or phone number. So other than that, what is there to get excited about? just curious.
