I just read this mornings PR and understand why there was so much selling pressure today.. how in one sentence can Tom say they're looking for non-dilutive funding then in the next breath say this?- "If the Company decides to go this route, private investors will receive restricted stock in direct investments into the Company"

oh, I get it "restricted"
