Can't believe Bank of America is actually launching a new program that allows people who can't afford their mortgage payments to stay in their homes if they want and rent/lease instead.

I mean seriously, that is sick and twisted! How callous does one have to be to think that this is a good idea? You have to be a special kind of insensitive jerk to ask your employees to take this to homeowners that are struggling. It would be one thing if part of the rent went into an account that the homeowner could use later as a down payment and if the bank gave them an interest rate based on only how they made their rent/lease payments.

Or perhaps they just need to sacrifice some profits and just lower interest rates on people struggling... Cold hearted and evil if you ask me. Anything to make a buck, shame on you Bank of America!!!
