far be it from me to disagree with your crystal ball PsD! your reportings, however unpleasant and unfavorable, by far have been the most accurate of postings the last few months..ie, you stated that the basically slot parlor would not prevail, violated DR law....you stated the track was not up for bid and was a no go....the passing of time reveals that the slot parlor (profitable according to swank pr, yet financials indicate no revenues?) was a fiasco , and the track had NEVER been placed officially up for bid, though we had been led to believe in swank pr's that others were eliminated and swank felt good about our chances to prevail..what the passing of time has meant for quite many is that they have assessed cgaq reality, and we have factored the loss in to our portfolio, and with little hope of cgaq recovering it. jmo.
