Acquisitions and mergers have to make sense for both companies. When you are in Tivus' position they probably are overvaluing the "dream" and don't see the need to give up what might be a killing IF Host steps up. I doubt if Lnet feels they have any need for Tivus at this point, and I don't think would express any interest until Tivus is more of a threat and the company further along. Who wants a "maybe" when if they wait 2-3 years they can pick it up on the cheap. Of course, the other side of that coin is if Tivus starts taking their business and moves to buy out Lnet, only possible in the future. I just don't see it, but I can see them eyeballing each other at this conference, like a couple of hungry competitors. GLTA. R3
