The other thing to consider is that the stock a huge amount of money has been made in this stock...the stock is up 400% over the last year...you have a supply of stock that needs to be cleaned up from lower levels...Once this supply is over the stock is poised to take off....

The other point is people that buy $.10-$20 stocks are different then people that buy stocks in the $0.60-$1.00...We need more of these type of investors that take the time to understand the company and its attractive long term fundamentals..and also the fact that in the auto traffic enforcement market that is in its infancy...this is one of the only publicly traded pure plays...Please do your DD and read our disclaimer carefully:
