Patton, you are correct in your assessment of Stericycle. The whole reason I invested in MCL and was because of the news report that came out regarding the government wanting hospitals to be able to be self sufficient on their own in the event of a natural disaster.

In my estimation at the time, this was the competitive advantage that MCLN had in that market time. Usually, when the government decides to implement new policy regarding something of this nature, it means big rewards for small companies that can gain access into the industry.

However, the Obama administration has been absolutely of abysmal with implementing their medical policies. They have done SQUAT NILCH!!!! This issue hasn't even come up again during re-election speeches. God for bid a Republican wins this next campaign we can forget about MCLN for sure.

Unfortunately this is just one of those cases that the government actually didn't get what it set out to do and wanted. That's why am MCKN is having such a hard time and they will continue to do so.

Unless any structural change comes from the government this is a dying stock.
