The only thing going on is there is enough confidence to keep this thing in the mid to high .025 range, but an actual event has to occur to propel it as the financials aren't there. It's floating off news and buzz and that can only last 48 hours as we have seen here. As people lose faith in this thing you may even find it settle down to the .025 range were it most likely would have closed this week without all the buzz.
