Each will do what is in their own best interests. Those who sue to recover will only help those who decide to hold, especially if they win.

The expense of fighting these all over the country, plus judgement after judgement will only cement the position that this mess should be cleaned up.

Of course there is always the possibility that cleaning it up ends up as refunds for everybody, whether you want them or not, and BCIT hangs in limbo indefinitely.
