I asked Mr. Kane that very question, his reply was he puts it out when it comes in...I told him A Pre market PR has a good effect if the news is good, especially when all the PR's have been coming at the same time...He told me they would take that into consideration. I would like to see it come out Right at the open Bell... ;]
