terry, don't have acquisition numbers handy, but the "target" has a history of growing revenues and profits. the acquisition appears to be a solid company to bring public on its own..smky division in my mind will be the gravy. eddie realizes the vital need to acquire a processor, and his eyes are set on the one he has been doing biz with. he knows the company and knows what it brings. if acquisition occurs, i expect prices skyrocket!
