Referring to Stock Specific boards:

Qualifications would include a reasonable history of following the rules to show that you understand the posting rules.

Responsibilities would be removing posts that violate the rules.
There is no requirement to post.

Mods who are inactive in the previous 90 days will be removed. Inactive means the mod has not removed any violations or made any posts.
