Tax Loss Holdout???

Don, is that what you think we're experiencing here?

I continue to accumulate at these levels, and it looks like I have some company, but with the results of the CPP-115 PhaseI(a) study pushed out to Q2(page 22 of:

it looks like those who are aware, are willing to play hard ball until we get a little closer,

while tax-loss sellers predominate.

Needless to say, I think those who wait too long here will be proven to have been very penny wise and pound foolish.

Any color on PhaseI(a) completion?
