Completely agree with your take on current events. Volume has dwindled because most of the flipping activity became a bit stale and most flippers exited. Additionally most longs are pretty well loaded up. I added more two days ago, and may add more as funds become available.
One more thing to note. You will always have flippers and those looking for the quick money. ALWAYS. And on every board. When this TAKES OFF again, they will return. Do not let them persuade you away from your ultimate price.
