think small here - - say for a small group of third world people. a village or small community.

great technology. unable to commercialize it thus far . been trying to sell this in china for at least five years ( read the old press releases ) . the current CEO, Lex von Arem, insists ( in emails and phone calls ) that he is still trying to sell this to a humanitarian group. many posters here have reported on von Arem's communications with them. that and $3.75 will get you a grande crappucino coffee at your local barrista's . ( i think the name "Lex" is a derivative of "Alexander" if you want to research the CEO )
