I will stand up and be counted. I was one of those shareholders that sent in my affidavit to the point man.

JRB needs to choose what he wants to do smartly.

I reserve the right to act upon or support any action (legal) against JRB.

I support Ken in bringing shareholder equity back.

Do I support Ken in bringing us shareholders, justice and a return of a company which will show clarity and a reason to invest? You bet I do.

Ken Ash has shown fortitude, integrity, fairness, resolve and strenth in dealing with JRB.

I salute Ken Ash for his determination in bringing Indocan back to the table for us shareholders.

I have no idea where the new BoDs will take this company. But I'll bet it will be in a better direction for shareholders, than when it was under the control of JRB.

I watch with interest those that have attacked Indocan in the past and do not hang loose till this company votes in the new leaders (BoD) and provides the new direction.

Have I ever met Ken Ash? - Never.

Do I know what Ken looks like? Possibly, as I have seen photos posted which the poster had said looked like Ken.

Have I spoken with Ken Ash on the phone? You bet I have. I am an investor in Indocan and I have had a gut full of how us shareholders have been treated by JRB.

Do I have enough shares to have a say? For reasons of privvacy, I can not say.

Ken Ash, I salute you for your leadership, fortitude and intregrity.
