Hypothetical scenario and question for the board:

Let's say....ATTD's debt dominates for several months even if the company is setting up more distribution. Then as a result .....the PPS tickers down...and lets say unfortunatly it gets to .001

If they paid of their debt by then....would they then do a R/S? Wasn't that about the price when they R/S 20/1 July 2010?
