"I email him at least once a week, just to keep up communications. Obviously he can't comment on specifics, and he's probably getting tired of my emails, but I like to check the pulse every now and then.

I received an email from him on Monday, he said things are going very well but he "can't comment on current projects in negotiations". So it does sound like we have a few things in the works here.

He also mentioned in a previous email to "please be patient with us, we are working hard to produce the return you expect from us".
