my guess (since i'm a small shareholder): Roche will lose the vote, the current board of directors will retain leadership and avoid the hostile takeover. In 3 months speculation will settle down and ILMN will regret the sale/offer by Roche!

We well above the current value, and pps is purely speculative to the Roche buyout!
